Exhibitor & Advertisement Information
Each year companies from across the United States come to the Wisconsin Flute Festival. Everything from new and used instruments, sheet music, tools, stands, cases, instrument evaluations and more will be available.
Companies may register as an exhibitor with the Wisconsin Flute Festival for as little as $100. Each exhibitor is provided with one complimentary boxed lunch as part of their registration. Advertisements in the Festival’s program book can be purchased during the exhibitor registration process or independently. Companies that add an advertisement when registering to exhibit will receive a $50 discount on their total.

2024 Advertisement: Options and Pricing
Companies and organizations are invited to place an ad in the Wisconsin Flute Festival program book. This is an excellent way to increase awareness among festival participants and those in attendance at the evening concert about your company or organization. The Wisconsin Flute Festival Program Book typically reaches over 300 individuals each year. Premium placement with guaranteed color is available as an option for full page ads to further enhance its impact.
