Session Description:

Every country has its version of the flute which makes this a universal instrument connecting the world with the sacred breath used to tell its story. I now play over 40 flutes including native flutes, Indian Bansuri transverse, Japanese Shakuhachi, Chinese Dizi, Anasazi end blow, Armenian Duduk, Egyptian and Arabian scale transverse flutes, Pan Flute, and of course the western Concert flute all played for relaxing the cells in the body. I learned these were healing tools in most cultures thousands of years ago and are still used to this day. When studying frequency and vibration.

I learned how these flutes affect the cells in your body as well as your brain waves as we all are vibrating at a certain frequency. So, if I play certain scales tuned to a certain frequency, I can influence their physical body as well as their physiological well-being as the vibration of the person and cells will mimic their Surroundings. So,  if I calm with the flute’s frequency the cells in the body have to follow. Therefore, calming the person helps with Anxiety and depression as well as other mental disorders in the physical body as well lowers blood pressure, and soothes the body.

The vibrations and frequencies when played in a certain way also influence the vibration of the person therefore tuning them just like an instrument bringing them back to their natural state which is to be calm and not stressed and have anxiety. This can also release the body’s natural good chemicals like Serotonin and my favorite nitric oxide which is another chemical that boosts the body into its natural healing state. Therefore washing away, the negative effects of bad chemicals like Cortisol & adrenaline which are released when we’re stressed can wreak Havoc in the body causing an array of bad side effects and Disease, this is how it is used for sound therapy.

I played for both entertainment as well as sound therapy at local nursing homes, daycare centers, wildlife sanctuaries, people’s homes, and other healthcare facilities that deal with mental health. It is amazing to see the response and would love to share this with my fellow people in Wisconsin, as this way of playing with flutes is not common at all at least in Green Bay and would love to bring this out more so people can listen to these calming frequencies to help heal this mental disorder pandemic that I feel almost everyone on the planet is going through now.

Chef Champion believes that before you hit the kitchen, focus on what you want to achieve. You’ll serve up a great dish almost every time!  That’s why Chef Champion created 8 Steps to Your Perfect Meal, a simple plan to help viewers (and now available in book format too) be more positive in the kitchen on their way to greater productivity and creativity.

“I now understand my purpose in life, and that is to teach the world everything I can about food for the mind, body, and soul,” concludes Chef Champion. “Good food, Good times, Good health… the three goods that good food brings.”
